Cancellation policy:
Payment will be made exclusively at the hotel by either cash or credit card. (please note that for creditcard payment there's a surcharge of 3 percent)
If you cannot take up your booking, you are kindly requested to cancel no later than 72 hours before your date of arrival.
Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.)
The hotel is allowed to charge the equivalent of up until two first nights of the reservation in a case of a no-show.
In cases where the booking is made directly with the hotel, there is no cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to the cancellation period. In cases where the booking was made via any agent, including online reservation sites, the agent is usually retaining the booking fee even if the booking was cancelled in time.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The card will only be charged in case of a too late cancellation or no-show .
